Any refund is assessed against the written project terms and work already delivered.
Clients should review staged work and provide consolidated feedback within the agreed period. Included revisions apply only to the approved scope. New pages, features, integrations, major redesigns, or repeated changes after approval may require a revised cost and schedule. Deliverables are considered accepted when approved in writing, published at the client's request, or not disputed within the acceptance period stated in the quotation.
Katral performs the testing agreed for the project before launch. The quotation will state any included post-launch support period. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, third-party renewals, security monitoring, new features, and changes caused by external platforms may require a separate support plan.
Projects and this website may rely on hosting providers, domains, frameworks, plugins, social platforms, payment services, APIs, or other third parties. Their availability, fees, security, policies, and performance are controlled by those providers. External links do not imply responsibility for their content.
